Solar services
Design and installation for new systems, honest advice on which kind of solar fits, and real aftercare for systems already on the roof.
Solar power systems
Custom-designed PV systems for homes and businesses. Design starts from your roof and your usage pattern, not from a package on a shelf: orientation, pitch, shading and your tariff all change what is worth installing.
- Residential solar power: sized to your bills, with quality panels and inverters backed by manufacturer warranties.
- Commercial solar: daytime-heavy businesses are the best solar case there is; systems designed around your operating hours.
- Batteries: store daytime generation for the evening peak. Whether a battery stacks up depends on your tariff and usage, which is a quote conversation, not a slogan.
- EV chargers: home charging that can run off your own generation. See why install an EV charger at home.
Solar hot water
Heating water is one of the biggest single energy uses in most homes, and solar hot water attacks that bill directly. Collector systems use roof heat; heat-pump systems extract warmth from the air and suit shaded roofs. Both keep working alongside a PV system or on their own.
If your current hot water system is due for replacement, that is the natural moment to compare a solar option: ask for a like-for-like quote.
Servicing, cleaning and repairs
Solar is not install-and-forget. Panels lose output to grime and salt air, inverters age, wiring and mounts need periodic inspection, and batteries have their own service needs.
- System health checks: generation compared against what your system should produce, faults found before they become failures.
- Panel cleaning: coastal air puts a salt haze on glass that quietly costs you output. Cleaning vs servicing, explained.
- Inverter faults and replacement: the hardest-working component and usually the first to need attention. Why the inverter choice matters.
- Battery servicing: what battery servicing involves and why it protects the warranty.
