April this year was fairly typical with production in line with 2010 and 2011. The days continue to shorten which impacts production.

A reasonable month for Solar Power on the Sunshine Coast with almost the same amount of power produced this year as 2012. The shortening days will have an impact on power producton however falling daytime temperatures will help offset this as solar panels perform much better on cool sunny days.

Not a great month for Solar Power on the Sunshine Coast with what felt like non stop rain for the entire month however as you can see from the chart above both February 2012 and 2010 were actually worse - 20th February 2012 retains the title for the least amount of power produced.

On a kWh per kW installed basis this was the best January production our system has seen marginally ahead of Jan 2010, this follows the trend of the last few months all of which have been above prior years.
